Krazy Kreations LLC is a manufacturer of vinyl outline stickers, card kits, silk microfine glitter paper, steel dies, wood veneer elements, and chipboard elements. It is also a retailer for markers, pens, and a variety of card making supplies.
In 2003 Kara and Jana, cofounders of Krazy Kreations, both attended a number of home based scrapbooking and stamping parties. They bonded over their love of crafting, ultimately becoming longtime friends and business partners. In April 2004 Kara and Jana opened a bricks and mortar crafting store in downtown Novato, California and named their company Krazy Kreations. Soon after after opening the store, Kara and Jana began teaching classes, hosting weekend retreats and crop nights, and eventually exhibiting at consumer trade shows, namely Stamp & Scrapbook Expo.
Exhibiting at trade shows allowed Krazy Kreations to teach classes across the country. In 2008 Kara jumped into the world of Copics and became Copic Certified. She set out to master the art of blending on paper. Along the way a light bulb went off and Krazy Kreations developed a technique allowing Copic markers to blend on glittered paper. Due to its popularity, Kara still continues to teach both Copic techniques at the Stamp & Scrapbook Expo.
As the company continued to grow, Krazy Kreations began designing and manufacturing more of its own unique products. In 2014 Kara began designing outline stickers for Krazy Kreations. The company also started offering pre-made silk microfine glitter paper to customers. In 2016 Krazy Kreations started selling steel dies, wood veneer elements, and chipboard elements to complement the outline stickers designs.
Although Krazy Kreations no longer has a bricks and mortar store, the online store has grown exponentially. Krazy Kreations continues to exhibit at consumer trade shows, teach classes, and host crop weekends in Novato, California.
