I was lucky enough to spend some time demonstrating in the Krazy Kreations Booth at the Ontario, California Stamp and Scrapbook Expo. It was so fun sharing the passion I have for all the great products and techniques that Krazy Kreations offers. I also got to spend time shopping in their booth!! I was inspired by some of the more masculine papers and wood embellishments and was ready to start creating as soon as I got home. I hope you enjoy this masculine card.
I used a white card base, but covered the entire front with the beautiful Paper Accents Pearlized Cardstock - Metallics in the grey/blue color. It coordinated beautifully with the Authentique Rugged collection.
- Card base is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
- The small rectangles are 1 7/8" x 2"
- The large rectangles are 1 7/8" x 3 1/8"
I love to add elements to give dimension and texture to a card. I had some twine and some small metal embellishments in my craft stash, but wanted to highlight the cool gears from Krazy Kreations. I used a brad to stack the gears to give extra dimension and used glue dots to adhere to the front of the card. I also added the boarder stickers on the small rectangles to add some interest.
I really enjoyed designing this masculine card. It seems we always struggle to create for the Men and Boys in our lives. I hope this inspires you to use the cool wood and chipboard embellishments that Krazy Kreations carries!
